What is a Wisdom Circle?
A Wisdom Circle is a supportive and nurturing space where a small group of up to 8 women come together to share their struggles, successes, experiences, and insights. The circle serves as a platform for open and honest communication, fostering a sense of community, understanding, and empowerment among its participants.
In a Wisdom Circle, each woman has the opportunity to express herself without judgment, knowing that she is in a safe and confidential environment. As members share their challenges and triumphs, they not only receive support and validation but also gain different perspectives and wisdom from others who may have faced similar situations or have unique insights to offer.
Central to the Wisdom Circle is the role of the Wise Woman, an experienced facilitator and mentor who guides the group's discussions, encourages reflection, and shares her own wisdom and knowledge when appropriate. The Wise Woman helps to create a structured yet flexible space where deep connections can form, and personal growth can flourish.
Participants in a Wisdom Circle often find that the collective wisdom and support of the group empower them to navigate challenges more effectively, make informed decisions, and pursue their goals with renewed confidence and clarity. The bonds formed within the circle can be long-lasting, providing ongoing support and encouragement as each woman continues on her journey of self-discovery and personal development.
LIFE WISDOM CIRCLE:
FOCUS ON LIVING A HAPPY, MEANINGFUL LIFE
Each participant will have an opportunity to share a current Life Situation and ask for advice and guidance from other HAPPY LIFE circle members.
Members can share a similar experience and how they or a friend handled it. If members connect in the process of solution sharing, members can continue their conversation offline.
This is a timed 90-minute experience where each member will have an opportunity to give and receive situational advice.
Please note: this is a judgement-free zone. There are no “shoulds” in sharing!
This LIFE Circle is for you if you relate to these types of Life Situations:
- You want your 24 year old to move him out; your husband is okay with him continuing to live at home.
- Your brothers and sisters expect you to take care of your aging mom and dad as you are the only single sibling.
- Your friends always anticipate that you will be their event planner and you do not know how to tell them that you don’t want to do that anymore.
BUSINESS WISDOM CIRCLE:
FOCUS ON STARTING OR GROWING A BUSINESS
Each Wisdom Circle will have a specific Business topic evolving around Money, Mindset or Marketing.
Members will share the business strategies they have tried, what worked and what didn’t plus any costs associated and the ROI on their investment – both emotionally and financially.
There is no need to reinvent the wheel! Listen, learn and lean in to the experiences of the collective wisdom of this group of entrepreneurial women.
This is a timed 90-minute experience where each member will have an opportunity to participate.
This BUSINESS Circle is for you if you relate to these types of Business Situations:
- You want to start a business but are not sure what is the best company structure for you: solopreneur, LLC, C Corp, S Corp.
- You know you need to invest in Social Media Marketing but do not how much and where you should be investing your funds.
- You find it difficult to attend networking events and share your 60-sec commercial as it seems unauthentic and fake.
SUCCESS WISDOM CIRCLE:
FOCUS ON ACHIEVING A SPECIFIC PERSONAL OR PROFESSIONAL GOAL
When we get focused on achieving a goal it can be hard to push through to success when we get stumped by unexpected or even expected roadblocks.
This is a timed 90-minute experience where each member of the GOAL SUCCESS Circle will share their strategies and successes while working towards one specific personal or professional goal.
Members support each other through offering alternative ways to end up at the same destination that you may not have come up with on your own and celebrating each completed milestone.
This SUCCESS Circle is for you if you relate to these types of Goal Realization Situations:
- You want to buy a house but the housing market and increasing interest rate makes your dream of home ownership seem impossible.
- You want to up level your career but your perceived lack of knowledge and experience keeps you from moving up your chosen career ladder.
- You dream of taking a European cruise but have no idea how or when you can make that happen and need a plan.
