SOUL Goal Sunday is a monthly, in-person experience for women who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and realign their lives with what truly matters.

Each gathering is intentionally designed to offer space — space to breathe, reflect, and listen inward — while being gently guided through meaningful conversation, intuitive insight, and soul-centered exploration.

Soul Goal Sunday isn’t about fixing or forcing change. It’s about creating clarity, opening possibility, and honoring what your inner wisdom is ready to reveal.

Who is this experience for?

Do I need prior coaching or spiritual experience?

Not at all. This experience is accessible, grounded, and welcoming. All you need is openness and curiosity.

What should I wear or bring?

Dress comfortably — think relaxed, casual attire. Bring a journal if you enjoy writing, though materials will be provided.

How many women will attend?

To maintain an intimate and meaningful experience, attendance is limited to 10 participants.

When do the virtual sessions take place?

Dates and times will be shared with participants for both your Group Wisdom Circle and VIP's their private SOUL Session so you can choose what works best for you.

Is food included?

Yes. You will be greeted with coffee and light refreshments will be provided.

What if I need to cancel?

Because space is limited, all registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to a future Soul Goal Sunday (subject to availability).

Is this a religious event?

No. This is a soulful, reflective experience focused on personal insight and alignment. It is not affiliated with any religion.

Will there be opportunities to continue working together?

Yes. For those who feel called, there will be options to continue your journey through private Soul Sessions, Wisdom Circles, or additional offerings — always by invitation, never pressure.
